Owner & Director
Julian started 100% Plumbing & Gas six years ago, after being in the plumbing industry locally for over 10 years. He's a perfectionist with his work and loves sharing his knowledge. Julian is also a previous winner of the Young Plumber competition. Outside of work, Julian loves getting outdoors—riding his mountain bike, or being in the bush hiking and hunting.
Owner & Admin
Shannon looks after lots of the behind-the-scenes action at 100% Plumbing & Gas, whilst also balancing being a mum and running her own sleep consultancy business. Outside of the business, Shannon enjoys being outdoors—riding her mountain bike, getting out water skiing, or taking the doggyos to the park.
Plumbing & Gas Fitting Apprentice
Sam is a plumbing and gas fitting apprentice. In 2025, he won the Top Third Year Apprentice Award at the Volcanic Plateau Master Plumbers award ceremony. He's a valuable addition to the team and has been absolutely thriving—taking great pride in his work and enjoying seeing a project through to completion. In his spare time, you'll find Sam in the gym training or out on a four-wheel drive adventure.
Plumbing & Gas Fitting Apprentice
Cameron recently joined the team and is onto his second year of apprenticeship. He brings lots of previous skills from his time spent roofing and is already showing his potential in the trade. You'll find Cameron in the great outdoors either fishing or hunting when he's not at work.
